Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Location: St Joseph, MO

Shift: 1st Shift: 8AM-3PM, some flexibility if necessary

Job Description:
Land O'Lakes is looking for a dynamic Administrative Coordinator to work at our St. Joseph facility. The ideal applicant possesses excellent customer service skills, maturity, integrity, and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are a must along with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Job Duties:


  • Coordinate and process payroll administration in a timely and appropriate manner.


  • Coordinate document control and file management


  • Assist with internal/external job posting.


  • Assist in hiring activities and ensure pre and post-employment activities are completed


  • Complete activities to ensure compliance


  • Procure, schedule, track, and monitor flow of contract labor


  • Assist in other administrative activities as assigned


Skills Required:


  • Solid Microsoft Office skills


  • Strong Computer skills


  • Critical reasoning and problem solving


  • Excellent organization and strong attention to detail


  • Team oriented attitude


  • Self-starter/Self-motivated


  • Ability to communicate in a variety of methods and with a variety of personalities


  • Ability to deal with ambiguity


  • Ability to deal with a changing/evolving environment


Education/Experience Required:


  • High School Diploma/GED


  • 5+ Years' experience in administrative or customer service


Education/Skills Preferred:


  • Associates degree or higher


  • Experience with ADP and Workday systems
