Digital Sales Manager at Mars, Incorporated in Saint Charles, Missouri

Job Description:

Location: Remote or St. Charles, MO

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years sales experience


• 5+ years of experience managing a sales team


• Demonstrated experience with or knowledge of digital best practices including online consumer engagement techniques, traffic building, social media, and website user experience


• B2B sales experience with small to medium sized retail businesses a plus


• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) to a variety of audiences


• Comfortable setting priorities, manage multiple tasks and remain focused in a changing environment


• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills


• Experience using Salesforce a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Develop overall strategy for eCommerce National Accounts and Key Accounts as well as lead development of business plans for each individual account - Develop deep understanding of individual business


• Build the resources and tools needed to execute the eCommerce sales strategy for all National accounts and Key Accounts


• Achieve penetration of online pharmacy and drive utilization by helping the team to focus objectives within their assigned regions.


• Become thoroughly indoctrinated and knowledgeable digital opportunities for vet clinics, including online pharmacy opportunities


• Develop overall strategy for eCommerce National Accounts as well as lead development of business plans for each individual account - Develop deep understanding of individual business


• Support Global Community for eCommerce acceleration and development
