Senior Advisor - IT New Client Implementation Senior Advisor -- supports a portfolio of IT Projects in the Client Engagement & Technology Solutions organization. Primary responsibility is to lead and deliver IT projects, ensuring operational readiness in partnership with our Business New Client Implementation team. Responsible for leading high complexity projects for large cornerstone new client implementations. Establish trusted relationships directly with client technology teams to build a culture of co-ownership via consistent communication. Provide artifacts like Weekly Reports, Milestone Plans, and Test Plans to communicate all tech needs internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Key Technology Relationships at Sr. Leadership level, both internally and with client & account teams. Keep Leadership informed of project status, milestones, deliverables, potential risks, financials, etc.
  
  


• Represent ESI technology on all new cornerstone client steering committee meetings
  
  


• Drive early client engagement to provide as much runway as possible for technology teams to deliver with the highest level of quality without reprioritization, backlog disruption or go live risk
  
  


• Ensure new requests follow ESI project initiation processes to get the client requirements to our Technology teams. Actively engage in the project initiation processes so ESI Technology teams can deliver quality products and solutions within their strategic plans -- timely, cost effective, and standard as much as possible
  
  


• Align with all readiness support teams prior to Go-Live through the support of creating Production go live and validation/cutover plans
  
  


• In alignment with Account Management - Ensure smooth Go-live, transition to on-going state and clear plans on post go live technology plans.

Clients technology leadership team, ESI Sales and Implementation leadership, and ESI technology leadership team for key clients

• Don't take anything personally. Projects may need to go Yellow or Red to provide the necessary visibility to get things done. Bad news early is good news mentality.
  
  

Education/Work experience requirements - Some post-secondary education required. If no degree more than 10 years technology delivery experience required . If the candidate has post-secondary degree 5 years of technology delivery required.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 111,500 - 185,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
