Group DescriptionContent & Technology Solutions (CTS) is the industry leading provider of FactSet and third-party content. Clients seamlessly discover and access organized and connected content via multiple delivery methods, including datafeeds, API's, and Cloud delivery. Our solutions portfolio includes 30+ proprietary content sets and data from dozens of third-party providers. CTS is FactSet's fastest growing business unit, contributing over $300M in ASV with a double-digit year-over-year growth rate. Our clients include Institutional Asset Managers, Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Owners, Corporations, and Redistributors. CTS is looking to hire a Relationship Manager to help drive the success of existing clients within the Americas book of business. Become an expert in FactSet's off-platform solutions and learn how clients are managing data and deploying new technology to grow their business. Partner with diverse account teams to build CTS relationships within our client base, aimed at driving adoption, expanding to new use cases, and adapting solutions to changing client requirements. Job Responsibilities:Ensure customer success for your defined book of accountsBuild client relationships and operate as the primary point of contact post-implementationEnsure client technology teams are comfortable with accessing and distributing our content to their business users with their preferred delivery methodWork with clients to ensure product adoption and help them find value in their CTS solutionsManage contract renewals and drive client retentionPartner with sales to mitigate predicted cancelsDevelop a plan to ensure successful contract renewals across all accountsReview client contracts to ensure clients are utilizing our data appropriatelyDrive proactive client engagement and provide support escalationConduct Client Service Reviews to proactively check in with clientsAct as an escalation point for significant client issues and partner with internal stakeholders to remedy problemsLiaise with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities within your client baseRequirements:Bachelors' degree in a related fieldFamiliarity with financial market data and the data solutions business3+ years experience in a client facing role, including sales, customer success, implementation, or support in Financial Services or Fin TechStrong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)History of proactively identifying business inefficiencies and taking ownership to deliver solutionsAbility to problem-solve and handle time-sensitive issues with a strong sense of urgencyDesired SkillsExperience with SQL or PythonExperience with Cloud service providersWhat's In It For You:Flexible work accommodations.
