Job Summary
Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is $18.00 to $23.00.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supports Customer Service
Handles all aging concerns with customers
Enters invoices in computer
Processes Accounts Payable month end reports and closes module
Contacts customers with overdue invoices
Reconciles bank statements
Creates and enters monthly journal entries and reconciles balance sheet accounts
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software
Advanced PC skills. Knowledge of SAP a plus
Ability to write simple correspondence
Education & Experience Requirements
High School/GED or higher education preferred
Requires 1 year of accounting experience
Proficiency in use of personal computers and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
