Job Summary

Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is $18.00 to $23.00.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Supports Customer Service




• Handles all aging concerns with customers




• Enters invoices in computer




• Processes Accounts Payable month end reports and closes module




• Contacts customers with overdue invoices




• Reconciles bank statements




• Creates and enters monthly journal entries and reconciles balance sheet accounts




• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public




• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions




• Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software

• Advanced PC skills. Knowledge of SAP a plus

• Ability to write simple correspondence

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School/GED or higher education preferred




• Requires 1 year of accounting experience




• Proficiency in use of personal computers and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is $13.95 - $20.22 - $26.49.
