JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for quickly and accurately performing fills and jackpots on slot machines, as well as minor repairs. Walk casino floor, making themselves available to assist guests and provide friendly, courteous service at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Requires mobility, prolonged walking, and standing one hundred (100) percent of the scheduled shift; requires lifting up to thirty (30) pounds repeatedly during the shift; requires bending and reaching over inside of slot machine; requires reaching, kneeling, and bending; Ability to read, write and speak English; knowledge of basic math skills; ability to count currency and coin; ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, staff, co-workers, and guests; ability to respond to guest's inquiries, ability to work in a stressful, high volume, energetic atmosphere; team-oriented; ability to understand questions and instructions from supervisors and co-workers; enjoys working with and assisting people; ability to work flexible shifts
