Summary of Role:
The Global Brand & Marketing team seeks an experienced technology professional to help define and drive GF's product marketing efforts. Our ideal candidate has achieved demonstrable success in external-facing technical marketing, product support or communications. The successful candidate also has the ability to collaborate with GF's technical and business leaders to create compelling stories and proof points that enable our sales team to initiate and enhance customer engagements and relationships, and with senior executives on technical thought leadership programs and external speakership. We are also looking for a person who can effectively distill technical information into a compelling differentiated technology story, then create effective and persuasive campaigns that are broadcast through external marketing channels. The ideal candidate must be highly collaborative, proactive, and effective, and adept at bringing ideas to life in creative ways.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of outbound product marketing collateral, proof points and demonstrations for GF's portfolio of technologies and market solutions
Create technical thought leadership platforms and external speakership opportunities for GF executives - Lead marketing interface for global events content and agenda development
Lead marketing interface to GF's End Markets & Products, Technology & Innovation, and Commercial & Customers teams
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or science discipline
5+ years of technical marketing, product support or communications experience
Semiconductor or related technology experience a must - Experience with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
Proven strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to build strong working relationships at all levels internally and externally
Project management experience
Strong content creation and production experience, e.g. competitive market and technology briefs, blogs/white papers, webinars
Travel Requirement: Some travel required (up to 10%)
Language Fluency: English (Written & Verbal)
