Overview:
*Cone Health *and* The Center for Children* is in search of a patient-oriented *Pediatrician* to join our collaborative, quality-driven team which consists of 10 general Pediatricians, a Pediatric Geneticist, a Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrician, an Adolescent Medicine Pediatrician, 4 NPs, Adolescent Medicine specialists, Behavioral Health clinicians, Parent Educators, and a Dietitian.
*The Tim and Carolynn Rice Center for Child and Adolescent Health* serves patients from birth to age 21, providing well visits, sick-child care and a wide range of services for children with complex medical, developmentally delayed or affected by mental health issues.
*The Center for Children* is a teaching site for the UNC Pediatric Residency program. We provide evidence-based care that includes integrated behavioral health and learning opportunities for residents and other health professionals.
*The Center for Children* is also one of three community partners in the Healthy Tomorrow Alliance, a grant project which aims to reduce teen pregnancy rates and increase reproductive health education among teens in Greensboro. The providers of the *Adolescent Medicine Subspecialty Clinic* have a vested interest in this initiative, as they care for teens in Greensboro and surrounding areas.
*Cone Health* is a 501c(3), not-for-profit hospital system serving people in Guilford, Forsyth, Rockingham, Alamance, Randolph, Caswell and surrounding counties with (6) Hospitals, (5) Ambulatory Care Centers, (3) Outpatient Surgery Centers, (7) Urgent Care Centers, a Retirement Community, more than 145 physician practice sites and multiple Centers of Excellence.
