Responsibilities:


  • Provide reports from inspections of, as well as advice on the overall compliance for the Commands NET and NEF Standing Operations Procedure (SOP) by the subordinate units.

  • Produce and provide to COR/ACOR reports such as the KYLOC updates and CIF-ISM ensuring that all information provided is accurate.

  • Assist the Government in managing the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) Program and provide feedback on submitted meal requests IAW Command Food Service Standing Operating Procedures (SOP).

  • Be able to brief at the General Officer level.

  • Provide assistance to the Government in the management, accountability, and performance of the supply management functions for Central Issue Facility (CIF)transactions utilizing an automated system by monitoring the CIF-ISM transactions and providing weekly delinquency report to the COR/ACOR in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.

  • Improve the POG and TIOG overall reductions of on-hand balances of Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) and the reduction of pending transactions for shipped and received OCIE to the units.

  • Have general knowledge of GCSS-A, LOGSA and FEDLOG.

  • Assist the Government in administering the Government Purchase Card (GPC)Program and provide status on current accounts, facilitate oversight on purchases and assist in compliance of the GPC Standing Operating Procedures (SOP). Assist GPC Program Manager in reporting users who are not in compliance to the COR/ACOR. Provide technical guidance to units through briefings and identifying problems.

  • Assist with the fielding of new equipment and new equipment training.

  • Be proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word and provide proper email etiquette.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Must be a U.S. citizen with an active security clearance SECRET level or higher.

  • Five (5) years’ logistics experience working in a Property Book Team, or Group using the current system of record for property accountability (GCSS-Army).

  • Proficient and experienced working on Central Issue Facility-Installation Support Module (CIF-ISM), GCSS-A (certificate needed), and CIF-ISM interface to include ability to provide an automated means of effecting lateral transfers of Program Executive Officer (PEO) Soldier Equipment to Property Book Officers (PBOs) and fielding data files with Soldiers' Clothing Records to CIFs.

  • Knowledgeable and familiar with Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), which provides access to WEBLOG, Unique Item Tracking (UIT), and research for tracking found and/or missing equipment.
