Equifax is seeking a Senior Program Manager for our Consumer Regulated Leadership team. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of success and experience working in a highly government regulated environment (preference for Financial Services). The successful candidate will be experienced and motivated, with a strong sense of both urgency and ownership of outcome.

This role will work closely with the Vice President of Regulated Technology - acting as a Team leader and Program Manager for key initiatives, delivering against high expectations and pressing deadlines. This role will lead a team responsible for the remediation of Compliance and Security issues - driving multiple compliance related projects, delivering against established milestones, and managing organizational change to achieve transformational goals. The candidate must be able to effectively manage the impact to the broader organization, be detailed-oriented and communicate effectively across all levels of the enterprise. Status reporting and providing transparency into the transformation process will be a key objective and determinant of success.

What you'll do

• Accountability for results addressing security posture and government compliance initiatives.
  
• Provide oversight for technology based implementations and projects - including but not limited to prioritization, internal communication, schedule, scope, transparency, and deliverables.
  
• Partner with the Business and Operations to enable required functionality and technical capacity/capability - driving our agenda as opposed to being a passive recipient.
  
• Take an active role in project execution including agile sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and project status updates - documenting issues and risks around timeline and deliverables - escalating to leadership as appropriate.
  
• Ensure the team you manage successfully gathers requirements including analysis, elaboration and co-ordination with business owners.
  
• Lead and/or oversee the documentation of prospective use cases, including as-is and to-be processes as well as evidence to bring closure to open issues.
  
• Act as the liaison between the technology project team, leadership, and other key stakeholders.
  
• Maintain strong working relationships with direct reports, stakeholders, peers, and leaders.
  

What experience you need

• A proven functional/technical professional with 7+ years experience leading programs, projects, and project teams. Preferred experience with large cross-functional IT / Operations/ Compliance related initiatives.
  
• 3+ years of demonstrated success in the leadership of teams, and the installation of a high-performance culture.
  
• Use of specific tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Aha, Confluence, etc.)
  
• Ability to drive accountability.
  
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate with the stakeholders and coach the teams.
  
• Management of teams in a cross-functional structure.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study. MBA is a strong plus.
  
• A passion for coaching and mentoring both inside and outside of professional endeavors.
  
• Holds team accountable for delivering value added services to customers with established levels of quality and speed.
  
• Experience with Lean and Kanban process improvements.
  
• Experience working on transformational projects.
  
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  
• Experience working with offshore teams.

• Ensures continual collection of customer feedback by own team to gather insights that contribute to EFX ability to provide value.
