What You'll Do

• Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, stakeholder demos, and sprint retrospectives.
  
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions. Support product owner in developing, maintaining and grooming product backlog.
  
• Remove impediments/blockers in order to keep teams highly productive. Identify and manage dependencies with other internal or external teams.
  
• Provide metrics and status to senior management.
  
• Mentor team members on Agile/Scrum best practices.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  
• PMP and CSM, PMI-ACP or similar certification
  
• 5 years minimum experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager to manage Agile projects with Agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum, Lean or Kanban
  
• 5+years of experience managing technology projects with cross-functional, matrix staff (including vendors) with high integration across multiple lines of business and technical discipline
  

• Experience in cloud technologies, specifically Google Cloud Platform
  
• Software compliance experience audit or reporting
  
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
  
• Self-motivated driver able to make progress despite obstacles and to solve problems
  
• Strong time management skills and sense of timeliness in meeting commitments
  
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
  
• Proficient with Google Product Suite, Jira, Aha!
