What We Seek:

ACR is looking for a temporary Accreditation Specialist who will work with facilities going through the mammography accreditation process. The temporary Accreditation Specialist will review applications, communicate with facilities and update ACR databases. Duties include:

• Reviewing the mammography applications, communicating with facilities and making necessary updates 


• Responding to facility inquiries via phone, email and service ticket


• Performing other duties, as assigned


• This temporary position is estimated to last through April 2023

Qualified Candidates Will Possess:

• Bachelor's degree in the radiologic sciences or a related field


• ARRT registration in mammography


• 5+ years of experience in mammography


• 5+ years of experience in quality control


• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to work as part of a team and individually

 

This is a temporary/full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) opportunity that will work "Remote Primary" from hire through April 2023. Only candidates with reliable internet can be considered.

Covid Consideration:  COVID-19 vaccine status is required to be “up to date” for the ACR Workforce to work in any ACR office or travel for ACR business.  ACR follows the CDC definition of “up to date”.  This job may require employees to work in the office intermittently.
