Brand Advertising Develop and execute brand advertising campaigns across print, sponsorships, and other channels as determined. Partner with the digital marketing team to understand efficacy of digital marketing campaigns to consolidate learnings and optimize campaigns holistically.
Campaign and Project Management Partner with merchandising, marketing, creative, ecommerce and store teams to develop and execute evergreen brand, product, and seasonal marketing campaigns. Own information gathering, timelines, budgets and in-season reactions to deliver key initiatives. Provide thought leadership on areas of opportunity and help prioritize across the organization.
Trade and B2B Partner with our Trade and B2B business units to market and grow these programs.
Client First Be an expert on our client and competitor landscape. Provide recommendations and insights for campaigns and initiatives across the marketing team focused on growing brand awareness, existing client retention and best-in-class client experience. Be the brand marketing voice within our Archarge PLCC team and other loyalty initiatives to make recommendations in the best interest of our clients.
Product Marketing Support merchandising, ecommerce, and stores teams in launching new collections, promoting best sellers, and reacting to business needs – including creative, selling, and promotional strategies.
New Store Openings Coordinate store marketing, digital marketing, creative and communications teams for new store opening campaigns.
Internal Communications –Develop processes to keep internal business partners informed of and excited by marketing and brand initiatives. Be the go-to resource for campaign overviews, timelines and budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years experience in a retail marketing related field; prior home furnishings experience a plus, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Leadership and cross-functional experience partnering with commercial functions (sales teams, merchandising)
Highly Collaborative with proven experience influencing across an organization, beyond direct reports
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at once in a fast—paced environment
Microsoft Office – primarily Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Analytics
Adobe Creative Suite, In-Design or other Creative editing experience a plus, but not required.
