Ecommerce Amazon Advertising Analyst at Retail Bloom in Rochester Hills, Michigan

Retail Bloom is a fast-growing digital ecommerce agency looking to hire an experienced Amazon Advertising Analyst to help our brands promote their products on the largest ecommerce platforms in the world.  Working alongside our sharp Client Services teams, you will help to make our brands’ advertising goals a reality by creating and optimizing Sponsored Product, Brand, Video, and Display campaigns on Amazon and other platforms.  You’ll harness the power of the Pacvue advertising platform to do intelligent analysis, monitor keyword and product trends, uncover hidden opportunities, and make bulk changes to your ad campaigns.

  • Execute client advertising tactics across assigned brands and channels

  • Execute bid management strategies, keyword research/management strategies, competitor/market research strategies, and overall ad management/optimization strategy/cycles

  • Audit advertising campaigns and troubleshoot performance issues

  • Monitor, analyze and manage advertising campaigns to ensure optimum advertising performance to client brand strategy

  • Track and report on client brand performance and KPIs

  • Join client-facing video calls with our Client Service teams to discuss advertising performance with the client

  • Gain and maintain advertising certifications (Amazon AMS, Amazon DSP, Profitero, PacVue, etc.)

  • Remain informed and knowledgeable of advertising trends, current and new ad types, and tools

  • Perform other duties as assigned

We are looking for great people to join our team!


  • 1+ years directly working with Amazon Paid Search campaigns required

  • Track record of success in managing campaigns and growing brands’ sales on Amazon required

  • Working knowledge of all current Amazon ad types required

  • 1+ years’ experience in an agency environment preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables

  • Outstanding analytical and data management skills

  • Proactive, detail oriented, self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic

  • Ability to be flexible & adapt to dynamic environment

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism

  • Problem solving skills

  • High ethical standards

Nice to have, but not required:  

  • Experience with Google, Walmart and/or eBay advertising

  • Experience with Amazon DSP

  • Familiarity with Amazon tools such as Helium10, Amazon Ad Bulksheets, Vendor and Seller Central, and/or third party advertising platform management tools such as Pacvue, Kenshoo/Skai, Marin, or others
