Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is recruiting for compassionate, dedicated behavioral health professionals! Help us make a difference in the lives of all Oklahomans.  About the Position: NCBH is looking for a Behavioral Case Manager II for our Guymon Outpatient office. Under general direction this position provides telephone and on-site screening and intervention; interviews consumers and families to explore the needs and resources for those requesting services and participates with an interdisciplinary team in treatment and discharge planning. 

Job Type/Salary:

• Annual Salary: $40,000.00 (Salary range is based on experience, tenure and certification)
  • Additional $1000 incentive for EBP Certification
  
  


• Primary Working Hours: M, W, F  8:00 am -5:00 pm; Tu, Thurs  9:00 am - 6:00 pm


• One (1) Vacancies


• FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt.  

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field.

Special Requirements:  

• Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background. 

• Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.  




• Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs.  Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result. 




• (if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds. 

THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
