Dispatcher / Package Specialist

Never a dull moment in this Dispatcher position. Help our customers get their e-commerce deliveries. Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Primarily facilitates the daily independent contractor services, and resolution of service, routing, and delivery issues.
• Analyzes freight volume in relation to daily independent contractor availability.
• Compiles statistics and reports for branch operations.
• Serves as the main communication contact for independent contractor drivers.
• Embraces diversity and foster a respectful environment for both employees and customers.

• Minimum of 1 year of dispatch experience
• Ability to be detail-oriented and be able to work independently
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
• Must be available to work on weekends

Pay: $18.00/per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
