Job Description:

i2 Group are seeking to appoint a Software Subscription Renewals Seller to protect and grow the customer base by ensuring annual renewals are closed on time with year-to-year growth, to identify reinstatement and new license opportunities, and to minimize stream attrition.

The renewals seller works independently against a high-volume pipeline under the guidance of a team leader as well as in close collaboration with account managers, customers, and business partners to ensure the timely processing of software renewals meets revenue goals.

Responsibilities of an i2 Software Subscription Renewals Seller include:


  • Knowledge of i2’s portfolio and customer base

  • A high-level appreciation of each customer’s investment in i2

  • Understanding end to end renewals and business processes

  • The ability to identify and track recurring revenue opportunities in advance of renewal End Dates

  • Recognizing and providing extra attention to accounts at risk

  • Troubleshooting across the business to prevent slips and partial renewals

  • Attention to detail and accurate quoting

  • Communication across the business setting clear expectations regarding renewals, reinstatements, trade-ups, and new license opportunities with multi-year prepay options

  • Dedication to customer retention, customer satisfaction and the promotion of Support, Services, and Training to increase year over year renewal rates and target recoverable revenue

As a Software Subscription Renewals Seller in i2, we are looking for someone who has:


  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ Sales experience

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); Salesforce and/or DealHub a plus

  • Strategic and creative thinking

  • Strong business and data analysis skills

  • An enthusiastic, proactive work style

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • A consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals

  • History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment

  • The ability to help grow the business in a strategic manner, i.e., creating new processes and initiatives




Salary:

$60,000.00
