The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Practice or Emergency Medicine trained physicians
• Internal Medicine trained physicians with procedural and pediatric experience will be considered as well
• Current IL state license is a plus

The Practice

Advocate Sherman Outpatient Care - Elgin, Illinois

• Affiliated with Advocate Health Care, an Urgent Care health system consisting of three Urgent Care Clinics in Algonquin, Elgin, and South Elgin
• Algonquin hours of operation are 7am-11pm Monday to Friday and 7am-4pm Weekends/Holidays
• Elgin hours of operation are 7am-9:00pm Monday to Friday and 7am-4pm Weekends/Holidays
• South Elgin hours of operation are 7am-9:00pm Monday to Friday and 7am- 4pm Weekends/Holidays
• Primary Urgent Care Services that include, on site lab and x-ray, occupational health, DOT, drug screens, and pre-employment physicals
• A collective annual patient volume of 60,000+
