What we need:



Mohawk is looking for a BI and Automation Specialist who can do more for Mohawk's Supply Chain Organization by providing expertise in the delivery of Customer Experience (CX) automation, analytics, and BI solutions within FNA Customer Experience teams.


The candidate should be knowledgeable of the related technical functions and well-versed in statistical analysis methods and techniques to gather requirements and specifications to develop for new and existing application systems. This position will provide a variety of professional development opportunities in a leading-edge technology environment and team that is using some of the best products on the market to create industry leading digital experiences.



What you'll do:

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our analytical and business needs.
• Use analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions.
• Write high quality SQL code to retrieve and analyze data from database tables (e.g. SAP HANA, MS SQL, Dataflows, SSAS, ODBC, IBM DB2, OData, etc.), and learn and understand a broad range of Mohawk's data resources.
• Use programming, APIs and RPA to ingest data and automate manual activities across CX functional areas.
• Enhance automation with smart autonomous decision making using statistical analysis, ML and AI.
• Maintain and add to existing automation framework for Data, API, Web and other applications.

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree in Analytics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science with Machine Learning coursework required.
• Advanced skills writing complex SQL queries, developing business intelligence and relational data models using ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• 3 years' experience using data warehouse technologies (SAP HANA, MS Azure, etc.), building/operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets and analysis to support business decision making.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S4/HANA, and with SAP C4/HANA (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Customer Data Cloud) is a plus.
• Advanced skills in business intelligence tools including Power BI (and related external tools) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) preferred.

What you're good at:

• Ability to deliver on projects that contain ambiguity, along with incomplete data
• Strong verbal/written communication, active listening skills, and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Able to work independently and in a team environment, with consideration to others and their needs
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, R, Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.)
• Proficiency in the use of JSON
• Able to write and tune complex SQL scripts
• Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform including, Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows), Power Apps, Process Advisor, Power BI, Dataverse, etc. preferred
• Proficiency with Process Mining tools, techniques and analysis is a plus
