This role is Remote Eligible.

The Knowledge Management (KM) Operations Sr. Specialist is responsible for creating a culture of learning that unlocks employee potential through knowledge. This role will support business teams across the enterprise as they author and maintain consistent, concise, and consumable content that serve the needs of our employees, customers and the business. Experience in project management, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder/relationship management will be required.

Responsibilities:


  • Effectively supports KM Authoring model strategies by maintaining working relationships with Content Owners, performing author certifications, and answering in-the-moment questions relating to Knowledge technologies and Content.

  • Maintains industry knowledge of content within KM solutions, gathers business needs and user feedback, conducts problem solving conversations, and reports any issues or enhancement needs.

  • Performs content/author audits using KM Operations data to ensure consistency in content across the enterprise.

  • Maintains and champions the use of quality resources including style guides, best practice documents, and author resources.

  • Leads areas of KM content efforts such as large business projects (content clean-ups/overhauls/migrations).

  • Collaborates with the greater ELO team to drive important initiatives for the company.

Required Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience with organization and management of content

  • 2+ years of expereince with building and maintaining business relationships

  • Ability to problem solve in the moment

  • Ability to work autonomously


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in large corporation with knowledge management or related experience

  • 1 year of experience interpreting, applying, and explaining complex policies and procedures

  • 1 year of experience authoring, designing, and publishing content using digital publishing platforms for large audiences
