In this exciting role as a Project Coordinator V you will have responsibility supporting Supply Chain activities. The Med Surge Business is one of the fastest growing businesses and helps patients all over the globe with minimal invasive procedures. This role report to the Sr Supply Chain Manager and will coordinate activities with Med Surge Plants and the Contract Manufacturers.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Review Forecasts and Requirements with Surgical Innovation plants
• Forecast and Requirement reviews with Contract Manufacturers and align Purchase Orders accordingly to Requirements
• Allocate volume and requirements to Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers that align with their capacity
• Lead weekly Tier IV meetings
• Support and actively participate in weekly S&OE calls
• Prepare slides and prevent at the Monthly and Quarterly IBP Meetings
• Use GO&SC Insights to analyze data and prepare reports regarding service levels
• Work closely with the Global Support Teams to provide inventory analysis and allocation models that support customer requirements
• Prepare and Develop monthly plans and Lead MPS forums

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years of project coordinating experience

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and review
• PowerPoint skills
• Ability to present and collaborate amongst Medtronic Support Groups
• Professionalism and confidence to present to SR leadership teams
• Experience working with Operations and/or Manufacturing developing build and ship plans
• Strong Collaboration skills and ability to professionally interact with Medtronic team members
• Experience working with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers
