Job Description:

Primary Job Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.

• Design and improves systems, products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability.
• Leads a project team consisting of junior engineers, design engineers, controls engineers, outside contractors, vendors, shop, and assembly personnel.
• Works with other members of the engineering staff and other departments to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinates project from start to finish.
• Manages the customer relationship in conjunction with sales.
• Travels on-site to oversee installation and commissions of projects.
• Communicates and coordinates with customer, assembly team, vendors, and contractors per project.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks, as assigned.

Education/Experience: Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. 2-5 years' experience in project management.
