The Operating Room RN Education Manager will have the wonderful opportunity to develop and implement the Clinical Education Program for the OR Department. The RN Manager Education Operating Room will collaborate with a dynamic and experienced surgical services team, working to ensure that the team is up-to-date on current practices and evidence-based methods. The OR Educator will also be responsible for continuing education programs, professional development, OR training, in-services, and promotion of achieving higher education and related specialty certifications.

The Operating Room Nursing Education Manager will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and active New Jersey State RN License. Actively pursuing or achievement of a Master of Science in Nursing MSN Degree is required. Three or more years of experience in the Operating Room environment will aid the Nurse Educator in becoming successful in this role. CNOR Certification is highly desirable.
