The AvioBook Cloud Operations Engineer is responsible for the support and services of avionics aftermarket products and services within the airline industry.
We are looking for an Operational Engineer to join our team as we grow our business and satisfy our customers. With extensive experience in software and hardware, our innovative solutions maximize the efficiency of aircraft and their crew. As part of a team, this US-based position is an essential element in the Americas strategy as we anticipate and execute the growth objectives within our region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
External customers are airlines and their internal teams as well as external entities include data suppliers such as Flight Planning Providers, Weather providers, etc.
Internal customers include the Product Development Team, Integration Team and the Support Team. You will be part of the operations team.

Special Position Requirements
Schedule: A rotating schedule of 3 days of work, 3 days off will be required. 12 Hour shifts starting from 7am to 7pm.
Physical Environment: Hybrid work model available. Employee is required to work on-site in the Dallas office at least 2-days a week.
Travel:
Customer visits will be required occasionally.
Personal or Company/Pool Vehicle Usage: Flights and/or vehicle will be provided for travel outside of the default assigned office. Travel to the office will be required once a week with own personal vehicle.
