The Hilton Anatole spans 45 lush acres north of downtown Dallas, this AAA 4-Diamond property is an icon in the vibrant Design District boasting over 1,600 rooms, 600,000 square feet of banquet space, and 6 food and beverage outlets - 3 restaurants, a marketplace, pool, and in-room dining.
The Hilton is looking for a Chef de Cuisine for their high-end steakhouse, SER Steak + Spirits which is located on the 27th floor of the tower and seats up to 360 guests! This person would help oversee 13 + team members and be a part of one of the best in Dallas!
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader who thrives in a high-volume operation, has a talent for inspiring and mentoring others, and drives innovation/creativity. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of Chef experience in a high-volume operation. Preferably looking for someone who has high-end restaurant experience, banquet knowledge, steakhouse experience, or hotel industry experience.

What will I be doing?
As Chef de Cuisine, you would be responsible for leading the culinary production of a designated kitchen in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
