Job Description

These two (2) vacancies are located in the Procurement and Facilities Unit (Support Services Division) at OSBI Headquarters in Oklahoma City, OK.

MAJOR WORK DUTIES:

1. Maintains an Agency supply activity to include but not limited to purchasing product, ordering product, issuing product, maintaining product inventory and giving approval for others to make purchases.

2. Maintains the unassigned supplies and equipment to include but not limited to storing, issuing, receiving and inventory control measures.

3. Responsible for the coordination of transportation of vehicles to and from vendors for vehicle repairs and equipment installation.

4. Assists with annual equipment inventory audit of assigned equipment.

5. Makes deliveries and picks up items state wide as requested.

6. Assists with building maintenance and support as requested.

7. Assist with other supply areas for breaks or when no other individual is available.

8. Responsible or assist with the Agency mailroom functions.

9. Responsible or assist with the Agency recycle program.

10. Responsible or assist with the Agency copier and printer contract repairs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of four years experience in supply or warehousing work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Successful applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screen, polygraph examination, psychological evaluation (commissioned positions only), and a thorough background investigation.  Certain events automatically disqualify an applicant, such as, felony conviction; admission of an undetected crime that, if known, would have been a felony charge; failure to pay federal or state income tax; positive confirmed drug urine test; illegal use of a controlled substance within certain time frames.
