Given the size and complexity of this health system’s operations, the incoming Chief of Finance should have experience as Senior or VP-level Financial Leadership in Rural or Critical Access environments, and with organizations in the $75M-$100M EBITDA area. This person will know that the payer mix in Rural and Critical Health is quite unique, and should have ample experience managing these processes and relationships.

This person will play an important role in supporting and driving the ongoing growth of the organization and its service to the community. The Chief Financial Officer will eat, sleep, and breathe thoughtful operational methods, as he/she leads this bold financial management department. With a big mission laid out in front of it, the support of a national health system behind it, and a tenured CEO leading, the CFO will discover a supportive environment where success abounds.

Whether you’re trying to escape the trappings and traffic of big-city life, or just looking for a community that values its members, you can’t go wrong with this Northern Nevada town. The Chief Financial Officer will discover a gorgeous landscape full of unique and caring people. In this community, which was built on being a good neighbor, you’ll find all manner of outdoor activity at your fingertips. Add onto this a highly rated school system, a quickly evolving food & drink scene, and a super affordable cost of living, and you have an amazing place to call home.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a crucial role in supporting this community. You will liaise with external stakeholders, you will take ownership for the public face of the system, and you will have the chance to positively impact the lives of many people. For these brave services, you will receive a competitive compensation package, generous benefits, and the knowledge that you’re making a difference in Nevada.
