Job Description

The District 6 District Attorney’s Office is accepting resumes for two Assistant District Attorney positions within the District.

The District encompasses Caddo, Grady, Stephens, and Jefferson Counties in Southwest Oklahoma. We are ideally situated just to the Southwest of Oklahoma City and then west on I-40 through Caddo County, or South to the Red River. From the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area, the drive-time to most of the offices within our district is comparable to the drive into downtown OKC. The counties are solid and offer many amenities to a

successful candidate.

Candidates should have five (5) years or more prosecution experience. Those hired will have the opportunity to prosecute a wide variety of cases, including homicides, sexual assaults, molestations, and drug cases. A willingness to present cases to a jury is required and the salary range will be worth the effort.
