Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the House Supervisor RN will lead the patient care services and organization of the inpatient units. The House Supervisor will collaborate with the department Nurse Directors in regards to clinical and non-clinical operations, unit direction, professional development, fiscal management, and mentoring the clinical staff on the night shift.
