About Us
Inno-Spin is a joint venture with Amsted Seals and Bihler of America (BOA). All hires will be BOA employees.  We provide high quality metal products to both Railroad and Automotive industries. We are searching for motivated individuals to join our team and grow with the company through our many training opportunities and career paths.

Position Details
Work with state of the art high-precision production equipment used to manufacture Spun Form metal parts for the automotive and railroad industry. As a QAI, you will be responsible for utilizing all inspection equipment to ensure all product and documentation follows regulations set by IATF and ISO standards.

Responsibilities:


  • Always follow company safety procedures.

  • Collect and review inspection sheets. Take corrective action when needed.

  • Handle quarantining of questionable material, including proper identification, notifying internal personnel, creating reports to send to suppliers, and tracking responses/closure.

  • Inspect parts for variables and attributes utilizing various equipment like hand gauges, CMM, attribute gauges and other custom gauging for various products—and enter and organize data into various report formats.

  • Following work instructions to correctly identify defects and using process maps to ensure a resolution.

  • Inspections and receipt of raw materials for production.

  • Track and document any sorting and or rework

  • Coordinate internal/external calibration, including documentation & gages.

  • Maintain and update quality management system(online).

  • Participate in continued training as the company moves into the automotive standards.

Qualifications

  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Familiarity with good documentation practices.

  • Flexibility with schedule and responsibilities.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Experience with inspection methods and tolerancing.

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a team.

  • Highly motivated, observant with good initiative and a positive attitude.
