We are seeking an enthusiastic entrepreneurial, self-driven individual to join the industry analyst relations team!

How You'll Make Your Mark:

As part of the HPE Global Communications team, you will have the opportunity to make your mark and own an Analyst Relations program and contribute to key industry analyst and independent analyst programs. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Analyst Relations, this individual will work alongside an award-winning Analyst Relations Team. You will collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Business Group leadership, to advance HPE's business, product, innovation, and category leadership.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate an interest in the industry analysts, and competitive landscape and have the desire to learn, create, and design strategies, and a willingness to consume and synthesize analyst research and reports from a variety of industry analysts. This individual should be a strategic thinker, who has a strong command of details, and writing/presentation skills, and be a capable project manager.

Responsibilities:

• Own an AR program at HPE Aruba, develop, drive, and evaluate key AR strategies and initiatives in support of business objectives


• Prepare product launch activities, including coordinating analyst interviews, tours, and events that generate releases, presentations, and other materials as appropriate


• Cultivate and maintain rich relationships with key analysts and industry leaders


• Provide spokesperson guidance for key execs and sales leadership as needed

• Prepare product launch activities, including coordinating media and analyst interviews, tours, and events, generating releases, presentations, and other materials as appropriate


• Ability to communicate compellingly and crisply, in both written and verbal communications


• Provide media and spokesperson training for key execs and sales leadership as needed


• IT, software, and networking background are a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

• Solid writing and editing skills


• Strong oral communications skills: ability to think on feet


• Organization and program management skills


• Ability to link AR plans and activities to business results


• Analytic skills (measurement, ROI)


• Ability to take complex concepts and messages and transform them into an audience-resonating story


• Comfortable as a spokesperson for the company


• High levels of tact and diplomacy

• BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.


• 3-5 years of experience in PR, AR marketing, or communications.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $56,900.00 - $130,600.00
