An exciting healthcare leadership opportunity has just become available in Northern Texas for the Manager Laboratory Services!

The Manager Laboratory Services will have the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with the Director Laboratory Services, and serve as a strong autonomous leader for the hospital laboratory staff. The Clinical Lab Manager will provide hands-on leadership, in addition to performing administrative duties and general lab operational activities. The Laboratory Services Manager will manage all laboratory staff, ensuring samples are tested according to CLIA and other accrediting agencies. As an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, the Hospital Laboratory Manager will encourage and motivate their team to deliver quick lab test turn-around times in order to ultimately ensure high quality patient care outcomes.

The ideal candidate for Hospital Laboratory Manager will possess the following attributes:

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science


• Certification as a Medical Technologist MT (ASCP)


• 4+ years of clinical laboratory experience

This 45+ bed facility offers a range of medical services to the surrounding communities, including: medical surgical services, a 24-hour emergency department, inpatient surgical services and an outpatient surgery center, women’s services, intensive care, a cardiac cath lab, advanced diagnostic imaging services and radiology, several outpatient clinics, as well as rehabilitation services. This hospital is also a designated Trauma Center.
