Want to be involved in the digital evolution of a Fortune 200 company, owning the implementation of Quality Management processes in the TrackWise Digital SalesForce platform? We are currently looking for a Lead Technical Analyst in Richmond, VA, but are open to a remote work arrangement.
What you will be doing:
• Collaborating with key partners in Information Technology, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and others throughout the organization to understand and refine user stories, configure the Trackwise Digital application and lead testing on the Salesforce.com platform to meet the requirements.
• Conducting IT account management for our Regulatory Affairs and Enterprise Quality organizations.
• Developing strategies and technical roadmaps for the Trackwise Digital application on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Communicating complex technical information to clients and project teams in an effective and concise manner.
• Participating as a hands-on technical resource and/or leading technical contractors in Salesforce.com solution development and deployment.
• Staying updated on the platform's new tools, capabilities, and updates.
• Advising management on Trackwise Digital and Salesforce.com standard processes and assisting with setting strategy for efficient use.
• Demonstrating strong team and collaboration mentality, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
We want you to have:
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of IT experience
• Experience using an agile methodology and tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Salesforce.com Administration experience is a plus
• Experience with Quality Processes such as: Audit, Change Control, CAPA, Supplier Quality Events, Non-Conformances, Complaints, is a plus
• Experience with TrackWise and TrackWise Digital QMS and Sparta Systems TW / TWD Certifications is a plus
• Experience implementing technical solutions in a FDA regulated environment is a plus
• A sense of urgency, technical curiosity and effective negotiation skills are encouraged
