This is an in-office role located at our Naples, FL Headquarters site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the company's global firewall landscape, based on vendors Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, and Check Point
Analyze and recommend solutions, upgrades, and services for streamlining and system improvements.
Support of hardware/software maintenance to include troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades.
Support of multiple locations worldwide.
Complete IT operational tasks, project tasks, and end user support duties as assigned.
Maintain accurate, updated documentation while performing essential job duties.
Assist other analysts with troubleshooting and fulfillment processes
Solid understanding of network protocols and tools, like BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IPSEC VPN, DMVPN, SD-WAN, AnyConnect
Experience managing the DNS security solution, based on Cisco Umbrella as well as internal and external PKI certificate management
Ability to work with supporting teams to triage and troubleshoot complex issues on security platforms
Knowledge of deploying automated security policies via Postman, Python
work with the Cybersecurity Team to assist with threat analysis and containment
In-depth knowledge of local and wide area network and security design principles

Lead small IT projects and project teams.
Assist with architecture and design of infrastructure solutions and methodology.
Resolve incidents through effective troubleshooting methodology, Tier 2.
Technical expertise on the operation, maintenance, management, and deployment of computer infrastructure hardware/software.
Lead small-to-mid-sized IT projects and project teams.
Resolve incidents through effective troubleshooting methodology, Tier 2.
Liaison with vendors, partners, and external resources.
Ability to train other staff on technical operations.
Subject matter expert on the operation, maintenance, management, and deployment of multiple computer infrastructure hardware/software solutions.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC servers, workstations, and laptops. Telecommunication equipment, cell phones and smart phones. Microsoft and Apple environment. Work with standard current computer applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. MS Office 365, SQL server, Oracle, Cloud Solutions, and partner software applications.
