Job Description:

Remote/hybrid - M&A IT Consultant (Japanese bilingual) A global strategy consulting firm is looking for an IT M&A Advisory Consultant to join their cross-border team. If you are an IT professional interested in M&A, or an M&A Advisory Consultant specializing in IT and are looking for a challenging role, this role is for you.
What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for domestic and cross-border IT related M&A advisory from due diligence to post merger integration. This includes IT cost analysis, technology architecture assessment, IT environment reliability and scalability assessment, IT risk, PMI, technology separation, cybersecurity, and other IT related work related to M&A.
What You Need for this Position Must have:
- At least 3-5 years experience in IT consulting or similar corporate IT function
- Experience with one or more of the following areas:
Software development
IT architecture
Data management, data analysis
ERP and business application
IT infrastructure (DC's network) and cloud migration
IT Operations
Cybersecurity
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Nice to have:
- business level of Japanese
- Master's degree in computer science or related field
