Community Leadership Academy, an award winning charter school, committed to delivering a higher level of academic learning for both students and staff, is now hiring a Pre-K Lead Teacher/Director to join our team of dedicated professionals providing high-quality education to at-risk students.
$50,490.00 - $53,000.00 annual salary

Small Center 30 Pre-K 4-year old children; 15 in morning class and 15 in afternoon class (Classes Monday – Thursday; plan and family involvement on Fridays)

• Core Knowledge curriculum       


• Comply with CDHS regulations


• Licensing application / renewal


• Coordinate CLA advisory council meetings


• Attend Colorado Preschool Program advisory council meetings


• Comply with School Readiness Act


• Improve and expand PK programming


• Maintain Colorado Shines accreditation


• Provide / ensure staff receive required yearly trainings


• Teaching Strategies Gold management and implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Holds Colorado Early Childhood Education endorsement on teaching license


• Holds Colorado Early Childhood Special Education endorsement on teaching license, helpful.
