Job Description:

As a Sustainability and Certifications Coordinator you will support hazard communication and regulatory compliance as it relates to the development, manufacturing, sale, and distribution of products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Tackle routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
• Assist in performing product stewardship reviews.
• Recognize opportunities for improvement activities within the businesses and participate in maintenance and improvements to the Product Stewardship Management System.
• Assist in preparing information to share with a wide variety of PPG functions including marketing, technical, legal, purchasing, product management, supply chain, customer service, technical service, and IT.
• Participate in developing and providing product stewardship training and expertise for applicable personnel.
• Provides evaluation of hazard communication and regulatory compliance support as it relates to the development, manufacture, sale, and distribution of products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulatory environment by interpreting regulations and recommending possible strategies for compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS field, chemistry, engineering, or related science is required.
• At least 3 years of Product stewardship experience is required
• Strong Technical aptitude, including Excel and all MS applications is required.
• Knowledge of product regulatory requirements for domestic and international destinations is a plus.
• Understanding of key business metrics, key drivers, business vision, and manufacturing processes/challenges as applicable.
