Job Description:

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :

    \t
  • Works closely in the development, execution and analysis of effective marketing programs targeted to existing and new customers
  • \t
  • Responsible for increasing revenue on a year-over-year basis while maintaining the appropriate cost structures.
  • \t
  • Establishes, maintains and controls department budgets for Promotions & Events and Advertising.
  • \t
  • Manages all marketing programs and activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of all direct mail offers, offer redemptions, customer lists and customer records.
  • \t
  • Supports all operating departments and marketing functions to ensure needs are met in a timely manner and all marketing deadlines are met.
  • \t
  • Develops, manages and has accountability for the annual promotions and casino events marketing plan and yearly budget. Contacts and develops plans with corporate representatives to support and execute appropriate brand marketing programs.
  • \t
  • Works with corporate marketing and/or surrounding advertising or media in regards to local marketing strategies.
  • \t
  • Interfaces with agencies, divisional and corporate marketing regarding local marketing strategies.
  • \t
  • Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication, while maintaining or increasing engagement metrics
  • \t
  • Achieves desired results in all areas of responsibility through staff development and training programs, established methods, procedures and guidelines to maintain desired standards, and high quality service. Then, monitors results through inspection, evaluation and analysis. Makes changes if necessary to achieve end result.

  • Management accountability for all team members for day to day and long term operations to include hiring, training and developing employees which includes coaching, mentoring and appropriate performance management up to and including separation.
  • \t
  • Supports all operating departments and marketing functions to ensure needs are met in a timely manner and all marketing deadlines are met.
  • \t
  • Manages and ensures appropriate level of inter- and intra- departmental communication of all marketing activity.
  • \t
  • Allocates resources to areas that create value and service to our guests and to Caesars Entertainment.
  • \t
  • Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
  • \t
  • Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
  • \t
  • Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    \t
  • College degree preferred.
  • \t
  • Experience of seven to ten years in the gaming industry, with at least three years managerial or supervisory experience in Casino Marketing or Marketing, preferably within the Casino industry working for a large-scale business with extensive multi-channel marketing and national reach.

  • Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around entire property for entire shift. Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
