Here's your opportunity:
Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, assist in a variety of marketing projects utilizing creative talents to advance marketing strategies and communications. Coordinate sample program, corporate presentations, create newsletter layouts and manage distribution. Assist with developing corporate communications content.
**This role is located at our Menomonee Falls, WI location. Hybrid work options available once trained.

Here's how you'll contribute:

*Manage marketing projects as assigned; develop sales and marketing literature, market research, website content support, graphic design, copywriting, and trade show support.
*Maintain marketing digital assets.
*Manage sample chip program for sales reps and customers.
*Create content for corporate digital signage program (i.e. employee birthday and anniversary lists, new product announcements awards).
*Maintain corporate overview presentation and others as needed; assist in updating and maintaining corporate communication templates.
Design and distribute the Bradley Beat and Division 10 newsletters.
Coordinate Bradley plant tour communication and logistics.
Coordinate Brad Van schedule with Rep Agencies. Coordinate Brad Van transport to Rep Agencies including driving or coordinating with Brad Van driver.
Back-up marketing department personnel as needed.
Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing.
Maintain department budget. Work with accounting to settle discrepancies and alert those not tracking to budget.

*Essential duties and responsibilities.

Here's why we want you:
BS or BA in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field plus 1-2 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiar with data management, implementation of marketing campaigns, marketing research, electronic imaging, and photography. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe DC) preferred.
