Job Description


Primary Function of Position:


This position is responsible for all phases of receipt, movement, storage, tracking, and shipment of Advanced Tissue Models and associated materials required for Customer training and order fulfillment. Job duties include: materials transactions using inventory management database(Smartsheet); perform routine inventory cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies; manages interfaces with delivery carriers; and facilitates support of daily Logistics operations throughout the warehouse.



Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Able to process orders for domestic (U.S.) and international customers and coordination with logistics team(logistics Manager and logistics Specialist)

  • Able to resolve receiving and shipping issues in timely manner

  • Manage international shipping documentation requirements, as required

  • Able to train in use of business operations software to record and trouble-shoot data transactions

  • Able to perform routine cycle count of finished goods and raw material inventory

  • Maintain warehouse safety and housekeeping per 5S principles

  • Maintain an excellent attendance record

  • Follow all corporate, regulatory, safety policies and procedures

  • Train and certify for use of material handling equipment (ie. pallet jack, pallet banding,etc.) per policy and procedures;

  • Able to conduct audit of safety inspections on equipment

  • Fulfill employee training record requirements/updates per Manager's direction

  • Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

  • Meet departmental goals/objectives


Qualifications


Skill/Job Requirements:



  • Minimum Possess high school diploma, AA degree preferred

  • Prior warehouse (1-2 years) or experience in all aspects of receiving, shipping, and manufacturing operations support

  • High attention to detail in data entry with Quality focus

  • Inventory management experience (cycle counts, physical inventory, shipping material replenishment)

  • Process shipments using FedEx Ship Manager and Freight Forwarder portals

  • Prior experience and/or certification in operating material handling equipment

  • Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently each day

  • Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting) is required (at least 70% of hours worked)

  • Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in completing work assignments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication


We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits and equity, and the anticipated pay rate for this position is $44,100 to $59,700. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including location, skills, and experience level
