Reporting directly to the VP of Nursing the Manager of Surgical Services will be a beacon of guidance for this close-knit team. This person will be close to the top of the chain of command at this accredited facility. The Manager will be supported by the OR Charge Nurse, circulating RNs, Scrubs and more.

This 5+ room OR Unit is the most tenured unit in the hospital. The Manager of Surgical Services will oversee general, orthopedic, pain management, urology, ENT, vascular, inpatient/outpatient surgery, and more. The OR Unit prides itself on having a highly educated staff in order to collaborate like a well-oiled machine.

The  Manager of Surgical Services should have strong operations experience, as they are expected to hold the service line to a high standard in order to increase revenue.
