Job Description:

Associate Investment Analyst Multi-Manager

The key responsibilities of the role include:


  • Responsible for assisting senior staff in the management of investment relationships for institutional clients.
  • Working with senior staff, helps develops investment objectives and guidelines for the client.
  • Responsible for reporting and monitoring the results for client portfolio investment allocation decisions.
  • Assists senior staff in the management of investment accounts for institutional clients to meet client objectives.
  • Assists in the process of evaluating and developing investment objectives and guidelines as appropriate given risk tolerance and preferences, funding and income needs, and current market environment.
  • Works with team to analyze and implement overall portfolio structure utilizing knowledge of economic and financial market conditions in conjunction with the clients' objectives.
  • Develops understanding of client's business to help them develop appropriate objectives.
  • Assists in new product development and marketing. Helps identify new investment ideas or opportunities.
  • Supports senior staff in the development of specialized portfolios of managed accounts for clients based on their needs and specifications.
  • Works with internal partners to respond to client needs/requests.
  • Assists in the development of specialized portfolios of managed accounts for clients based on their needs and specifications.
  • Creates investment reports for clients as needed.
  • Proactively advise partners of issues that may affect client/prospects in either a positive or negative way.
  • Display high level of teamwork toward achieving NTGA's goals. Be a positive influence in the group.
  • Works with Legal and Compliance to help ensure compliance with all aspects of the client relationship and investment processes.

The successful candidate will benefit from having:


  • 2-4 years investment or related experience.
  • Knowledge of investments and financial markets usually acquired by degree or related experience.
  • Solid communication skills, verbal and written skills.
