Job Description:

The Application Analyst is responsible for researching, testing, developing, and maintaining applications within an evolving technical environment. These responsibilities include the research and analysis of specific project requirements along with the development of workflow automation processes to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and manageability of systems and data.  This position will work within IT and engage with groups across all Business Units to determine system requirements, perform capacity planning, and develop project plans and training materials for internal and external systems.  

Additional duties:


  • Implementation and integration between systems including coordination of tasks. 

  • Install and configure vendor application releases.

  • Convert user requirements to clear, comprehensive technical specifications.

  • Analyze and review existing applications and new requests to ensure the technical infrastructure continues to remain viable, flexible, and sustainable.

  • Provide technical support for Enterprise Systems applications.

  • Create and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent related work experience.

  • Strong attention to details.

  • Knowledge of SQL and SQL Reporting Services.

  • Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.

  • Experience with data migration.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with business process and systems analysis.

  • Demonstrated skills in working effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong organization and written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to pass a background check which may include criminal history, motor vehicle record, credit check and pre-employment drug screening.
