The Accounts Receivable Coordinator’s main objectives are to perform various daily, weekend, & month-end department duties: cash application, meeting crucial timing deadlines, and all accounts receivable requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Support team initiative in gathering paperwork from customers on an ongoing basis which will allow them to substantiate and resolve deductions in a timely manner.


• Provide sales service department and broker network with information on proper submission processes and assure the proper entry of customer check requests.


• Coordinate filing on a monthly basis.


• Interface with Regional Sales Manager and Brand Manager to attain approval and legitimacy of customer check requests.


• Special assignments as required.

Experience, Skills, Education:

• Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred


• 1-2 year’s previous relevant experience required


• General ledger and account reconciliation experience required


• Experience within a consumer package goods environment preferred

$55,000.00
