The Hospital Director of Pharmacy Services with this advanced hospital will be joining a 250+ patient bed hospital that offers a host of healthcare amenities including a full spectrum of Surgical Services, a Family Birthing Center, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Cardiopulmonary Services, 24/7 Emergency Services, and a full-service inpatient and outpatient pharmacy. The Hospital Director of Pharmacy Services will work diligently to develop staff education programs, analyze performance improvement initiatives, and manage the service line fiscal budget. The Hospital Director of Pharmacy Services will have oversight of 50+ pharmacy staff and will be supported by the Pharmacy Operations Manager.

Qualifications for the ideal Hospital Director of Pharmacy Services include the completion of a Doctorate Degree, an active California Pharmacy License, and progressive leadership experience in pharmaceutical management in the acute-care setting.
