PAH Shift Supervisor-Silver Legacy-Full-Time- Day Shift-(Reno) at Caesars Entertainment in Reno, Nevada

Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the daily supervision of all deep cleaning activities related to all public and back-of-house areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops and manages the scheduling of work assignments and oversees the completion tasks.

• Trains team members of heavy cleaning equipment, chemicals and related SOP's.
• Responsible for hiring, evaluating, coaching and counseling to develop team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• One year of supervision experience in cleaning buildings/facilities preferred.
• Able to effectively operate a vacuum cleaner, carpet extractor, walk behind scrubber, wet/dry vacuum, ladder, and a back-pack vacuum.
• Able to safely use chemicals and personal protective equipment for cleaning.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.
• Ability to use hand tools and ladders.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines, answer all calls promptly and maintain politeness; pay attention to the needs of guests at all times

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Team member is required to stand, walk, bend and sit during their shift. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs by themselves and 100 lbs with assistance; Push up to 50 lbs.
• Climbing up to 6 ft. on ladders
• Work environment may be outdoors, wet areas and temperatures may vary.
• Must be able to work in a smoking environment with various levels of noise.
