SUMMARY
Safely Perform Direct Fulfillment manufacturing processes to ensure on time shipments of a quality product. To work in an efficient manner and maximize output.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 

• Manually disassemble server components with the use of hand tools.


• Log and track server parts with the use of a computer.


• Banding finished product together and removing from the production floor.


• Stay in compliance with all safety and security procedures.


• Keeping your workstation clean and organized with all 5S policies.


• Sorting components into their proper bins.


• Can properly perform all tasks and functions on the line.


• Can properly perform all tasks associated with material handling.


• Can proficiently navigate the eViridas system.


• Stay informed of all JDoc files associated with server removal.


• Examine motherboards, DIMMS, and CPU’s for any defects.


• Systematically move and retrieve information regarding components.


• Assist in training new hires.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job-related certifications. Is willing to assist training newer employees. Is a level 3 or higher on all area on the line and sort and seg, according to the training matrix. Ability to stand or sit at a workstation frequently through the 8 hrs./day. Lifting of 30 Lbs. (boxes) frequently through the 8 hrs./day. Bend, squat, or kneel occasionally through the 8 hrs./day. Manual dexterity to use hand tools and hand drills frequently through the 8 hrs./day. Walking up and down stairs/ladders occasionally through the 8 hrs./day. Push/pull pallet jacks frequently with loaded pallets (typically 1000-1500 lbs.) through the 8 hrs./day. Push/pull frequently mobile racks (typically 1000-1500 lbs.) through the 8 hrs./day (30 at a time).

Cannot have attendance related infraction on file to progress.
