IT WMS Senior Product Analyst

Franklin, TN/ Newark, NJ/ Chicago, IL/ St. Charles, MO

The IT WMS Senior Product Analyst provides functional and technical expertise on the BCF AREA as in charge of design, development, deployment, further evolution and support of Global Applications products to business users, including ITIL Service Delivery process, Deliver Continuous Improvement, Deployment project roles and Service Introduction project roles. This position will always search for better and quicker delivery value back to our customers, based on Agile and DevOps ways of working and mindsets.

What are we looking for?

• IT Background with a strong WMS skillset


• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required Strong , preferred on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Experience on Business areas will be a plus.


• Understanding of the business operations processes


• 3-5 years preferred BCF main products and services experience or same functionality products and services, as service, development, or projects.


• ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications will be a plus


• Proven leadership and influencing experience with key stakeholders


• Strong communication, especially in English and interpersonal skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Agile mindset


• Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Manage and execute technical design, development and configuration activities for products and services on


• Identify and develop automation opportunities across the business processes and internal processes


• Identify, propose, and develop improvements for product and services as part of Problem Management process


• Document solutions developed according to the defined rules in place, to assure global supportability


• Development management with 3Rd Party vendors based on role model development excellence, with overall accountability on metrics for development


• Strong collaboration with business to translate business functional requirements into actual practical and working IT solution specifications and assuring high level of satisfaction from the customers


• Assist with change management activities, including releases and production slots.
