The Executive Director of Inpatient Nursing will use their comprehensive clinical and executive management expertise to oversee all patient care units including Emergency Department, Surgical Services, and Infusion. In collaboration with the Chief Administrative Officer, the Vice President RN Director of Acute Care will shape the long-term growth strategies for the facility and implement process improvement initiatives. The Executive Director of Inpatient Nursing will oversee all inpatient units including Emergency Department, Surgical Services, and Medical Surgical. The ideal has several years of acute care management experience and is BSN-prepared.
