As part of the Innovation team, you’ll be responsible for building transformational ideas into real-word business solutions that impact Schreiber’s bottom line. You’ll lead the rapid discovery, exploration, and acceleration of new growth engines by leveraging a combination of customer needs, market trends, technology advancements, and Schreiber's unique capabilities to develop these opportunities. Bold thinking, creativity and non-linear connections will be used imagine new possibilities and inspire others. You’ll build evidence for business cases through rapid experimentation across customer desirability, financial viability, and opportunity feasibility. Additionally, you’ll coach fast-paced multi-functional teams on innovation practices to build scalable business models that stay true to their core insights.

This position can be 100% remote/working from home or hybrid work schedule located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin . The hybrid work schedule is 2-3 days at Home Office and the remainder from home.

We are looking to fill 3 Transformational Innovation Catalyst positions.

What you’ll do:

• Leads the rapid discovery, exploration, and acceleration of new growth engines that deliver business growth and positively impact the bottom line.


• Leads the building of evidence through iterative experimentation across customer desirability, financial viability, and opportunity feasibility.


• Coaches fast-paced multi-functional teams to build scalable business models that stay true to the core insights.


• Leads the development of business recommendations to pursue, pivot, pause, or punt on business opportunities.


• Creates organizational momentum by inspiring, educating, rallying stakeholders and partners throughout the organization.


• Stays abreast of best practices for global innovation and shares/implements them within Schreiber.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Innovation, Project Management or related field.


• 5+ years experience in development of new ideas, voice of customer, and coaching/facilitating skills.


• Multi-functional experience preferred.


• Experienced in innovation tools such as: Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Start Up, Business Model Innovation, Jobs to Be Done, and/or Sprint methodologies.


• Comfort with Ambiguity: A willingness and interest in spending time in and thriving with deep uncertainty in environments where there is no clear “right answer”.


• Strategic Problem Solver: Think strategically about customers, segments, markets, technology. Represent complex information simply through frameworks that convey meaning and insight.


• Results Focus: Demonstrated ability to build evidence, weigh tradeoffs and drive decisions across customer, business, and operational needs.


• Clear Communicator and Facilitator: Clearly and concisely summarize your own and others’ thinking by synthesizing a variety of data types into key messages or insights and Ability to mobilize teams around a process and overcome resistance to new thinking/acting.


• Empathy and a Teacher's Mentality: Demonstrated ability to cultivate trust and willingness amongst colleagues and customers together with a reputation for high personal integrity. The ability to guide and mentor effectively, successfully facilitate teams.


• Curious and Creative: Unceasing curiosity about people and a desire to make the world better for them. Creative and out of the box, always curious, learning and making connections.


• Ambitious Attitude: A proactive, optimistic outlook that provides the drive needed to overcome barriers, creatively problem solve, and challenge conventional thinking.


• Bias for Action: In the face of ambiguity, you default to experimentation/learning/evidence building to make concrete progress.


• Ability to travel up to 15%.


• Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote and hybrid positions.
